Flagship Solutions on Display
At the show, ATOMIX will spotlight its Bin Storage Plus and Pallet Storage Plus solutions.
The Pallet Storage Plus solution supports not only pallet storage, but also the storage of containers on the same size level as pallets, such as material racks, on the first level of the racking. This enables flexible storage of large, medium and small as well as irregular materials, and supports multiple operating modes such as full-pallet outbound and split-case picking. For layout, it can combine shallow single-deep positions on the first level with multi-deep positions on upper levels, improving outbound efficiency while safeguarding storage density.
The Bin Storage Plus solution will feature the all-new, in-house-developed ES30D six-way bin shuttle and the AMR T50 Bin AMR, achieving automated storage, transport and highly efficient picking of bins. This solution not only completes and upgrades the Storage Mix hybrid storage subsystem, but also further optimizes the storage structure on the basis of the existing integrated pallet storage and picking, improving picking efficiency.
